Thomas Cook India Ltd has appointed Mr. Amitabh Tewary as General Manager – Financial Services of the Company. Amitabh is based at Thomas Cook’s Head Office in Mumbai.
Amitabh previously served as an Assistant Vice President & Alternate Channel Head of GE Consumer Finance. Mr. Tewary brings with him over 10 years of professional experience in the fields of Sales & Marketing and has served over 5 years in the SBI Cards division of GE Consumer Finance.
Welcoming Mr. Tewary to Thomas Cook India, Mr. Udayan Madhavan Menon, Managing Director of Thomas Cook (India) Ltd. said, "We are delighted to have Mr. Tewary in the financial services team. We are sure that he will be an extremely valuable addition to the firm and would play a key role in growing the business. We welcome Mr. Tewary to his new position as General Manager and wish him all the best”.
Amitabh, 32, has graduated in Economics from University of Delhi and also holds an MBA degree (Marketing and Finance) from IMT, Ghaziabad.
