Tecpro in pact with US-based Advanced Conveyor Technologies

Engineering procurement and construction company Tecpro Systems has entered into an agreement with US-based Advanced Conveyor Technologies (AC-Tek) to work jointly on overland conveyor projects.

Engineering, procurement and construction company Tecpro Systems has entered into an agreement with US-based Advanced Conveyor Technologies (AC-Tek) to work jointly on overland conveyor projects.

"Through this mutual covenant, Tecpro and AC-Tek have agreed to work together on projects involving the design, supply and installation of an overland conveyor," Tecpro Systems said.

While AC-Tek will provide the design, Tecpro will supply and construct the overland conveyor, it said. The financial terms of the deal were, however, not disclosed.

Tecpro Systems' shares surged 4.5% on NSE to Rs 262.35 post the company's morning announcement to the stock exchanges.
