Accessible from over 400+ cities across India, http//www.ichoose.com has been conceptualized to ensure a leisurely and satisfying shopping / gifting experience.

i-choose' has been developed to empower consumers to make an informed and well-researched choice from a wide range of Tata Indicom handsets, tariff plans and value added services.  Customers can compare and select the appropriate tariff plan, handset and value added packs to suit their exacting requirements and lifestyle demands. The e-shop is easy to navigate with a clutter free design format and ensures convenience for even a first time Internet user.

Commenting on the launch of Tata Indicom's online retail store, 'i-choose", Mr. Darryl Green CEO -TTSL, said, "As we move into the year of broadband, we want to take the lead by being the first service provider to introduce an online retail channel and offer our customers the convenience of buying mobile connections at the click of a mouse. The e-Shop 'i-choose', is currently available across the 18 circles of Tata Teleservices and will be live in Mumbai & RoM shortly. BillDesk will  provide & manage the online payment gateway; the billing platform has been secured to ensure utmost protection and secrecy of all customers' shopping  transactions. The e-shop will also offer customer support linked with the central contact center.
