Talisma ®, ( www.talisma.com ) a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, today announced the availability of Talisma CRM 7.2, the next edition of the most innovative and comprehensive multi-channel CRM solution that allows businesses to deliver a truly exceptional customer online experience. Talisma CRM 7.2 includes over 20 new features and enhancements, including the addition of Talisma WebAxs, SMS text messaging and emergency notification. The new solution is certified for Microsoft Vista, and Microsoft Office 2007.

Talisma's latest offering CRM 7.2 enables businesses to provide a highly personalized customer experience with new features such as the SMS text as a component of the Campaign module, event management enabled for payment gateway integration, truly on the cutting edge of innovation.  The new capabilities in this latest offering will open new avenues for businesses to communicate better with important customers.

"This latest release solidifies our dominant position in the CRM market, especially in verticals such as BPOs, the hospitality industry and retail, where instant communication is of paramount importance," said Dan Vetras, President & CEO of Talisma. "There is practically no single product in the space that can challenge Talisma's features and capabilities offered out of the box.  In Talisma CRM 7.2, we fine-tuned existing areas of our suite to improve the company's offering and help Talisma continue in its mission to improve the overall customer experience. Talisma CRM 7.2 further differentiates the company from our competitors as it is the only solution that is truly designed with the customer's best interests in mind."

Some of the several new features of Talisma CRM 7.2 include:

Talisma WebAxs: Access-On-The-Go

Browser based access will enable users to access Talisma through the Internet from anywhere in the world.  Talisma Web Access will have a subset of the features available in the Talisma desktop client.  This will allow staff working in remote locations to use Talisma to view contacts, log their field activities, and view reports without the need to install additional software or carry additional hardware.

SMS Text Messaging:

Companies will be able to utilize SMS text messaging as a component of their mass communication plans, allowing them to reach out to customers using SMS Campaigns that can broadcast personalized messages using the Talisma Campaign module. For example, a bank will be able to notify all its existing home loan customers through an SMS blast about the change in interest rates, based on segmenting their existing customers having different interest rates.

Talisma's workflow allows a company to immediately follow-up an SMS text blast with an email version of the same message to ensure delivery of important notifications. The "Rush" SMS option enables users to push priority messages ahead of ordinary communication messages. For example, emergency warnings about a SPAM break out through a scheduler with shorter frequency to push messages to the SMS aggregator.

Enhanced Campaign Module:

Talisma users will have the ability to send email to a secondary email address using the Talisma Campaign module resulting in a higher success rate in reaching out to their targets.  Users will be able to select the email address to which the campaign can be sent.  Additionally, there will be tighter integration between event management and the campaign module allowing the user to utilize event properties in a campaign.
