Rajat Bose of rajatbose.com recommends buying DLF and Infosys.
Rajat Bose of rajatbose.com told CNBC-TV18, "DLF is not just showing considerable strength, up by 4 percent and trading strongly above its 200 exponential moving average but the significant point is that the Option writers are actually writing Puts as well as Calls. But DLF will face resistance between Rs 169 and Rs 172 which are the two targets. I have placed a stop loss below Rs 159.80."
"In Infosys we can see Put writing and Call short covering in Rs 2250 and Rs 2300 put together, nearly 100000 units of Infosys have been liquidated. Calls have been covered while people have already written Puts at these levels and chances are that we would see Rs 2300 tomorrow. So, I have kept Rs 2290 and Rs 2305 as my two targets and I have kept a stop
loss below Rs 2225. If Option prices are anything to go by, this support and resistances or targets are definitely going to work out," he said.
