My first pick for the day is going long on Dish TV. It has generated trendline breakout along with good volumes placed on its daily charts, momentum oscillators on hourly chart has given a fresh buy signal. Open Int data indicates aggressive long built up in the stock. Traders can go long at current market price, with target price of Rs 72, maintain stop loss at Rs 64.
My second pick for the day is going long on Sterlite Ind. The stock has broken out of its key resistance of 200 DMA, along with good volumes placed on its daily charts, momentum oscillators on hourly charts has given a fresh buy signal. I am expecting stock to trade with a positive bias in days to come, & hence recommend going long in the range of Rs 129-131 with target price of Rs 140, maintaining stoploss at Rs 125.
My first pick is Tata Chemicals. It has given a breakout on daily charts; momentum is bullish on hourly charts. I recommend a buy with a stoploss of Rs 354 for targets of Rs 367 & 372. This call is valid for intraday only.
My second pick is Sun TV. It has given breakout on volatility bands, the volumes have been above average. I recommend a buy with a stoploss of Rs 326 for targets of Rs 347 & 355.
After a weak IIP data I think Larsen and Toubro is one of the best candidates for a short sell. We can sell it at current market price with a stoploss above Rs 1380, for a target of Rs 1290-1300.
As we are expecting some more correction I would like to short sell Reliance Capital at current market price. This stock has shown some kind of correction on Friday & today we'll like to sell at current market price with a stoploss above Rs 421 for a target of Rs 380-390.
