SP Tulsian of sptulsian.com told CNBC-TV18, "Indiabulls Real Estate was very aggressive in respect of its three projects in Central Mumbai. Overall I have been keeping my positive stance on the company purely from the fundamentals, if one sees its performance, execution capability, quarterly numbers and bought back of shares of private equity investors in the recent past."
"I think that any dip should be looked in as an entry point because they have the alternative sources. I don't think that its growth or execution of the projects will really get hampered. So, I will use this fall as an entry point into the stock," he said.
