Q: What is the percentage of commercial vehicles (CV) and what is the percentage of passenger car wheel strips that you have and are these fungible?
A: In terms of revenue you can say that the CV market is going to contribute about 30% for next year's turnover. But in terms of numbers it is going to be close to about 600,000 out of a sales numbers turnover of 10 million next year. So in terms of number percentage is very low but in terms of turnover it is very sizable.
Q: Margins, one has seen a rise in steel prices driven by the raw material price increases, how would your margins you suspect pan out in FY11 vis-เ-vis this year or even if you can give us the margin for Q4 vis-a vis last quarter?
A: I think with our increasing product mix containing tractor wheels and truck wheels our margins are actually increasing. Although you mentioned steel prices are coming in to play, but we have a very clear understanding between the OEMs that whatever steel price adjustments happen they get passed on mutually. So we do not need to worry about steel price hikes or reduction as such in our business. But generally speaking our margins next year are going to go up because of the proximity of our location of Jamshedpur near Tata Motors and Tata Steel, so that will really augment our margin by 3% in the truck business.
