In view of the recent reports in the press about the A V Birla Group acquiring Trinethra Super Retail Ltd. and that the acquisition includes the fast growing online shopping outfit Fabmall.com, the management of the online shopping business will like to place on record that there is no change in the status of the online shopping outfit and will continue to function separately. The online shopping business, currently being operated under the website http://www.fabmall.com , is a separate and an independent entity for over two years now and will continue to remain independent.
