Corporate Banking along with other areas has been growing at a very fast pace in India, hence, there is an urgent need to expand the talent pool and look at creative and more productive ways of recruitment." "The main focus behind this program is to give fresh graduates a rigorous pre-placement training for four months at the end of which they will get an opportunity to work with Standard Chartered Bank.
