Survey Sampling International one of the worlds largest online panel research companies, has selected Cross-Tab Market Research KPO to be its partner for outsourcing its key market research processes to India.

 

SSI is a premier global provider of sampling solutions headquartered in Fairfield, Connecticut U.S and offers research and sampling services to consumer and business-to-business respondents via internet, telephone and other communications. The company has a presence in more than 50 countries.

 

Says Mr. Suresh Subbiah, Vice President, Operations, SSI, "We have found Cross-Tab Market Research KPO to have the right combination of functional expertise and domain understanding to be the best partner to us. SSI will outsource key operational processes such as survey programming, data processing and survey management. The engagement will grow rapidly over a period of time. We estimate that we could look to outsource up to USD 5 Million of work over a 3 year period."

 

Cross-Tab Market Research KPO is setting up a dedicated center for SSI within its facilities in Mumbai which will function 24x7 which in turn would help SSI to offer round-the-clock services to its global clients.

 

Announcing the deal Mr. Kumar Mehta, CEO, Cross-Tab Market Research KPO said, "We are extremely happy SSI has chosen Cross-Tab Market Research KPO as their main outsourcing partner. We have seen an increase in deal size for market research outsourcing in recent times. The SSI deal is an example where major global overseas clients are now relying on off shoring to become a critical part of their business model."
