The SRS Group's fashion wear retail brand, SRS Fashion Wear, retails both Indian and international apparel brands and the expansion plans will see the number of Fashion Wear outlets grow from 2 to 25 in the year 2008. Its jewelry retail brand, SRS Jewels, retails hallmarked premium diamond and gold jewelry. From an inaugural outlet, the number of Jewels store shall grow to 10 by the end of the calendar year. When it comes to exhibition business, SRS Group owns and operates a multiplex chain under the brand name SRS Cinemas. The SRS Group currently operates 5 multiplexes successfully in NCR region and Gorakhpur (U.P.) with 12 screens and a total capacity of over 2700 seats. The Group has plans to make 50 screens operational by the end of the current fiscal and about 160 screens over the next three years. In the F&B business, the SRS Group owns and operates a food court chain under the brand name SRS 7Dayz, which serves a vide variety of Indian and continental delicacies. SRS 7Dayz will soon commence retailing a range of packaged Indian sweets and namkeens as well. As of now, the SRS Group has five 7Dayz outlets and plans to increase the number to 25 by the end of the current fiscal. The Group shall also be launching SRS 7Dayz Express brand of fast food and take-away counters soon enough. The SRS Group also owns and operates restro-bars under the brand name SRS Dazzle which offer a premium dining experience with drinks, food and music. The Group currently has 2 Dazzle restro-bars and plans to expand the number to 10 by the end of current fiscal. The SRS Group is also engaged in building large infrastructure projects valued at over Rs. 14,000 crores including the land cost. These encompass townships, group housing, hotels, full service malls, hotels, cinemas, IT parks and business parks. The Group is also building one of India's biggest 5-star deluxe hotels in Faridabad, Haryana. The project spread over an area of 15 acres will include an entertainment zone and will be India's first hotel to be equipped with a helipad. The property will have more than 550 rooms with all facilities and will be ready for operations in 2010. The project cost of the proposed hotel is estimated at Rs. 800 crores. "All facets of the SRS Group's real estate operations are also poised for huge expansion in the coming years and all business wings are geared to ramp up sufficiently to facilitate this growth seamlessly," added Dr. Jindal.
