SRS Group, one of India's leading real estate developer with business interests in real estate and township development, multiplex cinemas, retail, hospitality and aviation sectors, has announced its definitive plans to foray into retailing of branded apparel by launching the first exclusive apparel retail store under the brand - FASHION WEAR, at Crown Interiorz, Faridabad, Haryana.

FASHION WEAR is SRS Group's 29th retail store in the northern region of India, and will operate as a sub-brand of SRS Value Bazaar. Fashion Wear will offer more than 30 Indian and International premium apparel brands like Lee, Levi's, Wrangler, Van Heusen, Louis Philippe, Lilliput among many others. The store is equipped with latest technological facilities creating an impressive ambience to make shopping more enjoyable for customers.

Our knowledgeable customer sales professionals, warm and friendly ambience will only add to their shopping experience," added Mr. Gourav Sain, Head Marketing & Sales, SRS Group.

 

SRS Group, today, has a total number of 29 SRS Value Bazaars with an average area of 4000sq/ft each in different cities in northern India. The group has definitive plans to expand the retail chain with 16 new stores every month and has signed leasing agreements for over 50 locations with developers like Omaxe, Chadha Group etc.

 

The group also plans to build and operate 15 metro based hyper markets with an area of 50-80,000 square feet each. The total area under operation is expected to be around 15,00,000 square feet by end the end of the year 2009.
