Spanco Telesystems is foraying into IT services for entertainment and leisure industry, sources said. The new foray will cost the company Rs 100 crore over the next five years.
The company is expecting Rs 600-700 crore over the next 5-7 years from the new foray. It may also acquire companies in southeast and central Asia for the new foray.
When contacted, Spanco Telesystems' management declined to comment on speculative reports.
