Spanco Telesystems and Solutions Ltd, announced the commencement of its BPO and back office service operations in Singapore. Clients such as Singapore Flyer, Formula One and Tourism are the latest to sign up with Spanco as it looks onto expanding their portfolio in the BPO domain.
Commenting on the announcement, Mr. Sandeep Soni, Executive Director & CEO, Spanco BPO Services Ltd., “I am delighted at the rate we are growing and look forward to increasing our reach across APAC to extend our domain expertise and knowledge in providing complete Business Process Outsourcing and end to end strategic outsourcing solutions to companies.”
“We are setting up upto 100 seater facility currently to cater to our existing clients and would be inaugurating it during the second week of April. The Singapore facility would handle inbound calls” he added.
Spanco recently acquired Great IT in Singapore for providing BPO and back office services for the Singapore Flyer, the largest observatory wheel in the world. Spanco BPO would be setting up a helpline for the Singapore Flyer which will provide complete information related to the Singapore flyer. Besides the helpline, Spanco BPO will also provide back office services, technical help and financial accounting services. The Ticketing Network Company has awarded Spanco with a contract for setting up a helpline for Formula One.
