Draught Beer innumerable bubbles streaming up the amber - gold lager filled jar - dew drops trickling down the glass surface and the fragrance of fresh brew gently rising up! Uhmmm...there's something about draught beer! And what the heck, who wants to know what those `bloody marys' are all about? Just imagine chilled draught beer slithering down the throat slowly!
Hunter draught beer is brewed without any chemical preservatives or pasteurization. Its natural form of energetic barley juice served after conversion of the same into beer, instantly to be served chilled from the kegs. Draught beer is having special taste, aroma and barley flavour.
SOM Distilleries & Breweries Limited (SDBL) expands its Hunter draught beer market in Central India. The draught beer offers customers a number of benefits, like perfect taste every time. It offers the consumers a whole new opportunity to enjoy fresh and chilled draught beer without any preservative served directly from the tap.
The Draught beer is supplied in imported stainless steel German Kegs- duly sterilized & filled by German machines at Brewery. The beer keg filled with ready to drink beer in a new optimized process that allows no oxygen to enter the keg. The major gain is that the genuine taste of fresh Hunter draught beer is preserved all the way from the brewery to the consumer. Without oxygen the process of decay doesn't start and the beer stays fresh. It is maintained by regular proper refrigeration through German equipments.
"It's a growing trend across Central India that consumers are making heavy demands on beer taste and quality. We want to make cold and fresh draught beer accessible to any size of outlet from bars and restaurants to hotels" says J K Arora, Chairman & Managing Director, SOM Group of companies.
With the new Hunter Draught Beer system installation and maintenance costs are significantly reduced for both customers and the company and waste due to out-of-date beer is eliminated.
Hunter draught beer is the answer to many smaller outlets who wish to serve fresh and chilled draught beer. Results from our field studies make us very confident, that we have found the key to a new market," adds Arora. He also adds that the exquisite taste and the flexibility make interesting for almost all existing SOM distilleries outlet and customers as well.
Indeed, the beer brigade of Central India is poised for a whale of a time with ale! Open all those kegs and let fun `n' froth flow!
