Even as the IMF-World Bank meeting is underway in Singapore under heavy security, the World Bank continued to press Singapore to allow accredited foreign activists into the country, reports CNBC.

Three uninvited ones were already turned away from the airport. Singapore has insisted so far that it will not allow anyone it sees as a security threat to enter its borders.
