Q: Could you tell a bit about Arena Textiles which picked up 8 lakh shares in your company more than 5% just day before?
A: we learned about this company yesterday when we got intimation from this company and based on the intimation that we received, it seems to be a Kolkata based company and looking at the name, it looks to be a textile industry where our products are being used. We are trying to reach out to the directors of the company, to meet with them and find out what their intentions and objectives are for taking 5.3% stake in our company. Before yesterday we did not know about this company.
Q: Are you saying you haven't had any interaction with this company which has picked up 5% stake and they haven't approached you either after picking up such a sizeable stake in terms of what their plan or agenda is?
A: Yes, we just got intimation from them and we haven't received any plan or agenda, so we ourselves are trying to reach them and to set up a meeting to see what their objectives are.
