SEBI's draft norms for regulating invst advisors out

SEBI has released draft guidelines for regulating investment advisors. It has proposed registration of investment advisors. Advisors will thereby disclose fees, rewards to prospective client.
The SEBI has invited comments on investment advisor draft norms by October 31st.
