SEBI has imposed Rs 10 Lakh penalty on ASK Fin Services for non compliance. ASK has executed trades for banned entity, Manojdev Seksaria who was banned by SEBI in its IPO scam order. Brics Sec has also executed transactions for Seksaria in contravention of SEBI order.
