We learn from our sources that Satyam has a group mediclaim policy with Ifco Tokyo General. The group mediclaim policy is worth Rs 1,093 crore. Individual cover is Rs 1-5 lakh while the premium paid is above Rs 20 crore. The cover is coming for renewal in January. If the premium is not paid, the policy lapses. However, Iffco Tokio is open to renewal.
