Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (NYSE: SAY), one of the  leading global consulting and information technology services company, will announce both Indian GAAP and US GAAP results for its third quarter ended December 31^st 2007, on the morning of January 21^st, 2008 (IST).

The release will be followed by a conference call where Satyam's Founder and Chairman B. Ramalinga Raju, Ram Mynampati, Member of the Board & President, Commercial and Healthcare businesses, and other members of Satyam management will discuss the performance of the quarter. To participate in the conference call, callers can dial the relevant numbers mentioned in the program schedule given below. A replay of the conference calls will be available one hour after the call on January 21^st and till January 27^th, 2008.

The call will be at 6:30 PM IST (9:00 PM in Hong Kong and Singapore, 1:00 PM in London and 8:00 AM in New York) on January 21^st, 2008.

The conference call will have a live audio webcast on Satyam's corporate site, www.satyam.com . The transcript of the conference call will be available on www.satyam.com  two working days after the call.
