SatNav Technologies, Hyderabad-based IT company, has added a new module on Project Financial Tracking to its Business Infrastructure Management System, a-mantra . This new module will help organizations to track the expenditure and the payment details for different projects and service handled by the Infrastructure and Administration teams.

 

The module is being implemented at the Indian offices of one of the largest Banking and Financial Services Organizations in the world, in the recent a-mantra implementation along with the other two modules of Property Management and Maintenance. Under Property management, SatNav's a-mantra will help the organization in tracking and display of location data and its properties along with detailed photographs of buildings. This will also manage commercial data such as lease agreement, rentals and others. Whenever lease or any agreement expires it will automatically send a mail to the person concerned so that he can take appropriate action.

 

Maintenance Management module helps them in maintaining annual maintenance contracts (AMC) of various assets and generating auto email reminders for renewal of AMC, preventive maintenance and service requests generated by the employees schedule and payment of the projects that are under execution.
