Sapient (NASDAQ: SAPE) announced that it has won a total of twelve ADDY awards from the Greater San Francisco Ad Club and the San Diego Ad Club. The ADDY awards - which recognize and reward creative excellence in the art of advertising -- are given annually by local Ad Clubs in major cities across the United States.

At the San Diego Ad Club's ADDYs Award Gala, Sapient took home a total of eight awards, including a Gold ADDY for its development of the Sony VAIO Essence B2C Micro site. The company also received three Silver and four Bronze awards for its work with Sony on a variety of Web sites, Micro sites and Web/online campaigns.
Earlier, Sapient received four additional awards from the Greater San Francisco Ad Club for outstanding creative work. Sapient was awarded a Gold ADDY in the Elements of Advertising/Animation category for the Logitech.com/Vista Partnership, two Silver awards in the Interactive Media category for the Quicken.com and G4TV.com Web sites, and a Bronze ADDY for the HondaJet.com Web site.
