Sales above target this quarter: Prestige Estates

Below is the edited transcript of his interview to CNBC-TV18.

Q: How does the result looks in this quarter? How is the sales momentum and how much is the booking?

A: In this quarter the company has exceeded the sales target like earlier quarter. Overall, our total sales are at Rs 1,068 crore, of which Rs 816 crore of sales belong to the company. In this quarter we have sold an area of 1.63 million sq feet and 831 units. We have also launched 6.2 million sq feet of new projects, predominantly residential of which 4.5 million sq feet is in the residential front. Projects like Prestige Ferns Residency, Prestige Misty Waters were pre-launched. Newly-launched and ongoing projects have contributed to sales.
