RS Software (India) Ltd. (NSE: "RS Software", BSE: 517447), a leading solutions provider in the Electronic Payment Industry, has announced the appointment of Diana Adachi as Vice President (Marketing) for the company and head of the company's Canadian office. Ms. Adachi is based in Toronto.

As an innovations executive, Ms Adachi sales and marketing career spans over twenty years.  Large enterprises such as IBM, Intel, Bell Canada, Bank of Montreal and small technology based start ups have profited from her leadership.  She has launched many businesses in both small and large enterprises, including an e-payments platform for Bank of Montreal.  Ms Adachi has served as the Canadian GM for Cybersource, a leader in credit card payment solutions
