Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd has tied up with real estate developer Vaswani group to launch Royal Orchid Suites at Whitefield here - the hospitality chain's second service apartment property in India.

The 88-key property has been developed at Rs 50 crore, and Royal Orchid Hotels will be managing and operating it.

Mr Chander Baljee, Chairman and Managing Director, Royal Orchid Hotels, said that the company plans to launch more such projects over the next two years. "As companies tighten their spends, they are looking for value propositions, especially for longer stay," he said.

The tariff would be Rs 2,990 a night for studio apartments, and Rs 3,990 for single bedroom units, he added. The property would offer four-star category amenities such as Wi-Fi access, business centre, boardroom, banquet hall, two restaurants, coffee shop, swimming pool and a library bar.
