RM Mohite Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Registrar of Companies, Pune has approved the Change of name of the Company from ‘R M Mohite Textiles Ltd' to ‘R M Mohite Industries Ltd' vide their Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon Change of Name dated November 04, 2010.
