RKHS, India’s leading company in providing Food & Hospitality Services, Facilities Management & Vending Solutions, today announced the launch of Mr. Spoonz in Gurgaon. Mr. Spoonz is RKHS’s offsite food service business model to meet the food service needs of clients who do not have an on -site kitchen.
This launch follows the success of Mr. Spoonz operations in Mumbai. The concept revolves around a central kitchen where the food is prepared and dispatched to Client’s site. The kitchen conforms to international hygiene and safety standards.
Speaking on the occasion of the launch, Sunil Nayak, CEO, RKHS said, “Launching Mr. Spoonz was a strategic initiative to build our business in the growing ‘offsite’ food service market. Our focus is to offer a service solution than mere supplying food. We plan to open more units and expand into other metro cities in India. Our national presence, decades of experience in the contract food service industry and operations in diverse sectors definitely gives us an edge and we will leverage on it to further build our business through this model in Gurgaon.”
Added Mr. Jude D Cruz, Vice President (Strategy & New Business) RKHS “At Mr. Spoonz our objective is to deliver an eating experience which is Healthful, Tasteful and Delightful. Our first and foremost focus will be to deliver safe hygienic food and offering a menu developed by our dieticians. We will be offering great variety through cyclic menus, multi cuisines, food festivals, and special menus for festivals. We would be conducting workshops on ‘healthy eating and healthy living’ for our client employees. We lay strong emphasis on customer service to ensure a friendly and a pleasant experience while serving the food at the client’s premises.”
Mr. Spoonz, in Gurgaon is spread across 10,000 sq ft area and operates 24 hours a day. A team of 130 people and a fleet of 5 delivery vehicles have been deployed to carry out the service.
