RIL-De Shaw JV to debut in the new fiscal?

CNBC-TV18 has learnt that the RIL-De Shaw JV is planning to make its market debut early next fiscal.

CNBC-TV18 has yet another exclusive on RIL . De Shaw and RIL announced an equal joint venture (JV) on March 27, 2011, but since then, we have not heard of any progress.

CNBC-TV18 now learns the JV is planning to make its market debut early next fiscal. Sources add that it is not fair to say the RIL-De Shaw JV has been moving along slowly, and that the recruitment process is still on.

The JV has been building its team since April 2011 and is targeting products and services across financial services.

Both RIL and De Shaw declined to comment.
