Reliance Industries today said it will shut a diesel unit at its 33 million tonnes old refinery at the Jamnagar in Gujarat for maintenance turnaround of about two and a half weeks.
"Company has scheduled a planned maintenance turnaround of one of the Diesel Hydrotreater units of the DTA (Domestic Tariff Area) refinery at our Jamnagar complex for a period of approximately two and a half weeks starting August 28," the company said in a press statement. The shutdown would be used to carry out "other maintenance and inspection jobs". "During the period, the other Diesel Hydrotreating unit of the DTA refinery along with other units including crude processing levels are planned at normal levels," it said.
