Mukesh Dhruve, Director and chief financial officer, Repro India in an interview to CNBC-TV18 spoke about the company's deal with Macmillan. Repro India recently acquired printing operation of Macmillan. This acquisition is expected to fetch business of over Rs 250 crore in five years. He said, "Repro has undergone a metamorphosis to become an integrated content creation, aggregation and dissemination solutions provider for the global education market, where our focus has been mainly on the education market." Repro India is provides content, print and fulfillment solutions to publishers world over and is the largest books exporter. Q: Can you give us an update on the deal you struck with Macmillan? Where has that progressed and what does that do to you FY12? A: Repro India has been focusing on education. Repro has undergone a metamorphosis to become an integrated content creation, aggregation and dissemination solutions provider for the global education market, where our focus has been mainly on the education market. Macmillan is one of the largest education players in India. It is more than 100 years old company, which has been 100% subsidiary of the UK based Macmillan education giant.
