Donald Trump Jr, executive vice president of the Trump Organization, is set to arrive in Delhi in late February to celebrate the official launch of Trump Towers Delhi-NCR, the newest and largest Trump project to date in India.
M3M India and Tribeca, who are jointly working on this project, have reported that they have received sales bookings of over Rs 450 crore within the first 25 days of soft launch. The project has sold over two residences a day since launch with an average ticket price of Rs 7.5 crore. This sets a new record for the Delhi NCR real estate market. Trump Tower Kolkata, which was launched in late 2017, received sales bookings for 70 per cent of its residences in just two months, a release issued by M3M and Tribeca said.
During his visit, Donald Trump Jr will visit four Indian cities to cover the sprawling Trump portfolio, a country with the highest number of Trump projects outside of the United States. The power-packed schedule covers a wide-ranging list of activities. Trump will attend events in Delhi to celebrate the launch of Trump Tower Delhi-NCR.
