Ravi Krishnan, former Managing Director of IMG South Asia, has joined the IPL Jaipur Franchise , owned by Emerging Media, as Vice Chairman. Ravi, with over a decade of Sports Marketing experience in India and Asia, had been in discussion with more than one IPL franchise before this appointment.

 

Commenting on his decision Ravi Krishnan said, "The IPL is the biggest thing to have happened in the history of Indian sport. The approach which the owners of the Jaipur franchise have demonstrated is one of utmost professionalism and planning. This augurs well for success both on and off the field. Ravi will play an advisory role to the Franchise in structuring the business for commercial, operational and on-field success.
