Punj Lloyd said on Monday it has signed an agreement with Singapore’s Delta Solar to form a joint venture to develop and execute renewable energy projects. The joint venture — Punj Lloyd Delta Renewables — will initially focus on solar energy and provide services to the power, real estate and infrastructure sectors, Punj Lloyd said in a statement. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
