Construction and engineering firm Punj Lloyd has bagged a highway project in Udaipur worth Rs 1,050 crore from GMR Project Private Ltd, said the company. The scope of the work includes designing and constructing a 124 kms, six lanes of Chittorgarh bypass.

The project which will be operational in three years has been awarded on a turnkey basis which means the project will be constructed by Punj Lloyd and will be given over to GMR in a ready-to-use condition.

 Meanwhile, share of Punj Lloyd marginally declined to Rs 40.70 post this announcement.
