PTC (Nasdaq: PMTC), the Product Development Company®, today announced the appointment of KLG Systel Ltd., a leading Plant and Design Life Cycle Solutions company, as a Value Added Reseller (VAR) .KLG Systel will resell PTC’s complete Product Development System, PTC’s industry leading solution for Product Lifecycle Management and Enterprise Content Management, to key industry verticals such as Ship Building, Automotive, Aerospace, Heavy Engineering, Mining and Industrial Machinery. This agreement broadens PTC’s distribution channel across India, while allowing KLG Systel the opportunity to offer end customers a broader and more robust engineering and product development solution.
Under the agreement, KLG Systel will resell the following PTC products: Pro/ENGINEER® for Computer Aided Design, Manufacturing and Engineering, Mathcad for Engineering Calculations, Windchill® for Product Lifecycle Management, Arbortext for Enterprise Content Management and Technical Publications. In addition, KLG Systel will also sell PTC Global Services’ portfolio of value added services, while also setting up a dedicated sales and support team for PTC solutions.
Commenting on the agreement, Mr. Rafiq Somani, Country Manager, PTC (India) said, , “KLG Systel is a well known provider of engineering solutions, with more than 14 years of experience in this field. Leveraging KLG’s expertise, as well as strong presence in key industry verticals will enable PTC to broaden our footprint across India, and help grow our business in this region.”

Our agreement with PTC will propel growth for both our companies, while bringing end customers robust, scaleable, integral and proven product development technologies and methodologies.”
