Prraneta Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 25, 2010, has approved the following:
1. Dividend to be declared @ 2% p.a. on the Equity Share Capital of the Company.
2. Change in the Registered Office of the Company from the State of Gujarat to the State of Andhra Pradesh.
3. Diversifying into Micro Finance and Infrastructure activities and hence changing the Memorandum of Association for the same.
4. Appointed Mr. Stephen Fargose Practicing Company Secretary as a Scrutinizer to conduct the postal ballot process.
