Principal PNB Asset Management Company Pvt. Ltd. today announced the launch of their closed ended debt scheme Principal Pnb Fixed Maturity Plan 385 Days – Series VIII. This fund is open for subscription from July 4, 2008 to July 7, 2008. The duration of the fund will be for 385 days from the date of allotment, July 8, 2008. The performance of this fund will be benchmarked against the Crisil Short Term Bond Fund Index.
The fund will have an investment plan with two investment options – Growth option and Dividend option. Dividend Option will have the facility of Payout and Sweep.
Mr. Ritesh Jain will be the fund manager for this fund.

NFO Open: July 04, 2008 NFO Close: July 07, 2008
Date of Allotment: July 08, 2008 Date of Redemption: July 27, 2009
NFO Price: Rs. 10/- face value during the New Fund Offer Period and at applicable NAV based price thereafter for repurchases.
Type of Scheme: A close-ended Debt scheme offering Fixed Maturity Plan
Benchmark: CRISIL Short Term Bond Fund Index
Investment Plans: Regular & Institutional
Minimum Subscription Amount: Rs 1000 for Regular Plan and Rs. 50 Lacs for Institutional Plan and any amount thereafter under each option.
Investment Options: The Fund will have an Investment Plan with two Investment Options
