Poddar Pigments Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2010, inter alia, has passed a resolution to propose 1st interim dividend 2010-11 at the rate of 15% i.e. Rs. 1.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each.
