The founders of Pipavav Shipyard Ltd have pledged a total of 129.36 million shares, or 42.96%, in the firm, data from the BSE showed on Wednesday.
SKIL Infrastructure, one of the promoter-firms of Pipavav, has pledged 99.4 million shares or 38.46 % in the ship builder, while SKIL Shipyard Holdings Pvt Ltd pledged 29.96 million shares or 4.5 %, data showed.
Both transactions took place on September 17, 2010.
