Parsvnath Hotels Ltd. a subsidiary of Parsvnath Developers Limited (PDL), India's leading real estate and infrastructure company, has received 3 star category approval from India tourism (Western Region), the Ministry of Tourism for hotel project at Shirdi, Taluka-Rahata,District Ahmednagar. The construction of the hotel is undertaken by Parsvnath Hotels Limited.

 

The project is being developed on total land area of approx. 25000 sq. ft and is already under construction. The hotel project at Shirdi comprising of ground plus three floors would be equipped with all amenities of a 3 star project. The project will offer 52 elegantly furnished rooms with a view to provide utmost comfort to the visiting guests. The hotel also proposes to have a multi cuisine restaurant cum coffee shop. Speaking at the occasion, Parsvnath Hotels Limited, Mr. Deepak Mowar, Vice President Hotels said, "Shirdi, being home of Sri Sai Baba, is visited by thousands of devotees throughout the year from both India and abroad. What was needed in the spiritual city was a place to help the devotees from across the globe to spend quality time in large areas, graceful ambience and peaceful surroundings. While there are few Star rated hotels in Shirdi, there is a near absence of internationally acceptable 3 Star Hotels. Our project at Shirdi aims to bridge this gap by providing all the necessary amenities at moderate tariffs."
