Panoramic Universal Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 25, 2010 has recommended dividend of Rs.0.35/- per share (i.e. 7%) on 100,000,000 preference shares of Rs.5/- each aggregating to Rs.500,000,000/- for the year ended March 31, 2010.
