The Jack Palmer versus Infosys case will go into mediation today. Palmer's attorney has told CNBC-TV18 that his client will be going with an open mind and in full faith.
He also stressed that palmer will want Infosys to admit to wrong doing. Infosys on the other hand continues to stand its ground. The company said it had not retaliated against Palmer for bringing any suspected incident to the company's attention. Palmer is charging Infosys with visa fraud and harassment. If a settlement is not reached, the case will go for trail on the August 20.
