According to the PTI (Press Trust of India), Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has given a thumbs-up to ONGC Videsh Limited’s (OVL) bid for the Russian focused oil explorer Imperial Energy.
According to the PTI (Press Trust of India), Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has given a thumbs-up to ONGC Videsh Limited's (OVL) bid for the Russian focused oil explorer Imperial Energy. Petroleum Minister Murli Deora discussed the takeover bid with Medvedev in Tjakistan. In a related development, as reported by Reuters, the Chinese oil major Sinopec has decided not to make a counter offer to Imperial Energy.
