The Chennai-based global pharma major, Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (Orchid) today announced that its wholly-owned Drug Discovery subsidiary in Chennai, Orchid Research Laboratories Ltd (ORLL) has been conferred the Frost & Sullivan Award for Partner of Choice in Contract Research – Collaborative Drug Discovery.
The “Partner of Choice Awards 2007” organized by Frost & Sullivan, recognize the best Indian Research and Manufacturing Services Capability in the Life Sciences arena and assess their Global Competitiveness. The award was judged based on 4 broad parameters viz., Knowledge capabilities, Infrastructure Capabilities, Competitive Fitness and Business Dynamics.
