OnMobile board to consider fund raising on Jan 29

Mobile phone services firm OnMobile Global said on Friday its board would meet on January 29 to consider raising funds. The company is planning to raise funds from domestic and international markets through various ways such as depositary receipts, public issue or private placements, it said in a statement.

The company, however, did not divulge the amount it intends to raise.
