Nipuna Services Ltd ., the BPO arm of Satyam (NYSE:SAY) announced today that it has entered into an alliance with Phoenix Marketing International , one of the fastest growing marketing services firms in the United States, to launch a cost-effective, highly predictive modeling methodology - Customer Intelligence Program (CIP).

The strategic alliance will enable clients of the two companies to take advantage of Nipuna's Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) capabilities and Phoenix Marketing's strategic research experience.
