NIIT Technologies, a leading IT solutions organisation headquartered in New Delhi, announces its partnership with the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Noida, to offer value added application services through the Software as a Service mode of delivery.
NIIT Technologies recently launched its ''Software as a Service'' (SaaS) offering and has tied up with C-DAC, Noida to host their applications.C-DAC, Noida has a state-of-the-art data centre at its Noida premises which will be leveraged to provide multi-tenanted enterprise solutions on demand to customers in the Government and Corporate sectors.
To begin with NIIT Technologies will offer its Procurement solution ''Procure Easy'' through C-DAC''s hosted facility. Procure Easy is built on a robust framework of an end-to-end e-Procurement solution. This SaaS-based offering is a feature rich, user-friendly e-Procurement solution that meets the diverse procurement process needs of various enterprises. It has built-in functionality to map with discrete financial and commercial applications in a multi-faceted organisational landscape.
C-DAC (Noida) stated, ''C-DAC was aiming to extend the facility of its data centre to Government organisations which may not have the adequate facilities/ set up or the requisite technical manpower in the field of IT.
NIIT Technologies came at the right time to extend the potential of our data centre offerings through the provision of value added services for NIIT Technologies'' SaaS offerings. C-DAC, Noida along with NIIT Technologies has brought out an eProcurement solution for such type of organisations.''
