NetXcell Ltd, the pioneers in providing Telecom Application Services, today announced that Mr. Dayakar Puskoor, formerly a Senior Executive in Microsoft's Communications Sector Group has joined them as the Executive Chairman. In this role, Mr. Puskoor will provide thought leadership and facilitate in shaping NetXcell's mission and vision to help accelerate company's growth. His responsibilities encompass bringing in strategic investors, driving partnerships around NetXcell's core technology and refining the business strategy.
Mr. Puskoor is recognized worldwide as a mobile technology expert and has amassed an impressive track record of achievement in building high value mobile, wireless and telecommunications businesses. After starting his career with Motorola, he founded JP Mobile in
Prior to joining NetXcell, Mr. Puskoor owned the P&L for Microsoft's Hosting & Mobility Solutions business. He was responsible for creating, incubating, developing, managing and selling new mobility solutions for fixed-line and mobile operators as well as a $350 million hosting business which included all development, product management, marketing, sales and business development.
Commenting on the appointment, Mr. Dayakar Puskoor said, "I am delighted to be a part of NetXcell and look forward to leading and driving it's growth.
